Sarah Brick

Director of Operations

Meet Sarah Brick!

What do you love about LSA?

“I love LSA because we value each child as an individual and view the family as the child’s first teacher. We strive to provide a home like environment where the child feels loved and safe. We work very closely with families to provide experiences that promote social and emotional growth along with providing experiences that help the child grow and prepare for their future.”

A note from Sarah:

"Hello, I’m Sarah Brick. I started with LSA before we opened in the fall of 2021. I helped set up the classrooms and work with licensing prior to opening. The first year I started as a teacher in the classroom and then started training with Catherine to take over the operations. This year I have been promoted to Director of Operations! Let me tell you a little more about me! I received my associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Harrisburg Area Community College. Then I continued on to receive my BA degree in Applied Behavioral Science-Social/Human Services from Penn State. I have been working in the early childhood field since 2001 as a classroom teacher and director. I hold a Level 3 Administrative Credentials and have four year of director experience. My husband, Wilson, and I moved to North Carolina in 2008 from Lancaster, PA. We have two children, Ally (12yrs) and Jacob (8yrs). We currently live right down the street in Kannapolis. We love going on adventures, either camping over a long weekend or a day trip to go four wheeling. I’m excited to welcome back all our wonderful families and get to know all our new ones! We have a year of fun and learning ahead of us!"
